I am very excited to share that the recent trip to New Orleans for the CircusTrix 2019 Summit was a HUGE success for EagleONE as we continue to grow our presence in the franchise space.

Mike Revak (https://www.linkedin.com/in/michael-revak-ab814b11/) COO of Rockin’ Jump, was gracious in inviting me to come and speak to their franchise owners about the importance of white-glove customer experience and the impact of the 3 spheres of influence each owner has with their guests – the pre-park experience, the in-park experience and the post-park experience.

From all the feedback we received in questions and after the talk, it seems there is a great deal of interest in really setting Rockin’ Jump and their sister brands Skyzone & DefyGravity apart by focusing on perfecting the overall customer experience.

It was great to meet so many of the Rockin’ Jump franchise owners in the general session. The more we get to know them personally, the better we can understand the ways that we can best support them, especially focusing on the lift in revenue from the enhanced guest experience before they get to the park and after they leave.

It was also great to witness all the synergy between the sister brands and how they are leveraging best practices amongst each other. There was a great deal of camaraderie in the general sessions, the breakout sessions, and all the social events. CircusTrix put on a great event for all the teams and the various vendors in attendance. EagleONE is truly privileged to be of service and a part of such a great set of franchise brands.
