They are willing to network locally, get involved in the community to build their reputation, and manage their client relationships regularly. They also want a remote work environment that allows for a proper life-work balance.

We award each franchisee with a protected territory. Franchise owners need to live and work in their territory.

We evaluate each territory by the number of eligible businesses that are potential clients. We clearly define the territory for the franchise owner from the very beginning to assure protection for them and their businesses.

EagleONE has seven clearly defined steps in the discovery process to ensure a good fit for the franchise owner and our brand. They are:

  1. Introductory call with an EagleONE executive staff member
  2. Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) review
  3. Franchise application, background check, and personality test
  4. Personal one-on-one with Mike Hutzel, CEO and Co-Founder
  5. Schedule a Virtual Discovery Day
  6. Sign franchise agreement
  7. Schedule training week

These steps allow the franchise owner to be fully prepared to open their business with confidence.

EagleONE offers a model that provides the fulfilment of all the services sold to your clients. We handle all billing, IT support, and, most importantly, drive lead generation for your business to ensure your pipeline is full. 

The business model is residual, allowing for year-over-year revenue growth. Our model has been proven to be both recession-resistant and pandemic-resistant.

Our training process is two-fold. 

First, you will go through extensive, five-day training with our corporate team, getting a thorough understanding of the service offerings and the operational processes. 

You will meet the key executive personnel that will assist you with your clients. You will build rapport with the corporate team while opening all the channels of communication.

Second, EagleONE will provide ongoing training and coaching sessions from our executive team. This ongoing support includes availability to assist with proposals and executive recommendations for what is best for your clients based on the services we offer. In short, we are at your disposal for your success.

EagleONE is a full-service marketing firm. That’s good news for our franchise owners because they receive the same best-in-class services that we offer their clients. With service lines in customer experience, lead generation, and digital marketing, we have a full complement of offerings that will be available to our owners.

This service is in addition to their own organic efforts in their local territories so we have all the bases covered.

EagleONE offers a true turnkey model. We designed it so you, the franchisee, can focus exclusively on growing your business and client relationships. We will handle the fulfilment of the services that you sell, the billing of the clients, and IT support. 

Best of all, we have a proven lead generation system that consistently keeps our owners in front of new prospects in their protected territories. 

In addition, employees are not required and no additional overhead is needed. This model allows our franchise owners to keep the cost of operating their business low. They focus on growing revenue for their business.

EagleONE franchise owners enjoy the schedule of a business-to-business model. That means working regular hours, leaving evenings and weekends for family and friends. A committed owner will spend time every day helping their business grow. Activities will include:

  • Closing new deals from the lead generation system
  • Working on new relationships locally
  • Capitalizing on organic growth with existing clients
  • Getting exposure in the community

All the activities will be white-collar and executive level.

There are consistent education opportunities offered by corporate to help strengthen industry knowledge and expertise. 

Our owners should be out networking in their territory through organizations like Chamber of Commerce, BNI, and Rotary Club. Our owners are engaged regularly in bettering others, bettering themselves, and bettering their business.

EagleONE has purposefully kept our investment lower than the industry standard. We currently have a franchise fee of $45,000. And our Item 7 (total investment) is $62,435 to $70,835.

EagleONE believes that the opportunity to join our brand should be awarded to the right candidates, and cost should not inhibit that decision. If the fit is good for the franchise owner and our brand, the investment will pay dividends for years to come for the owner and the corporate team.
